It is being told that the incident happened on 23 December when Patricia Cornwall (51) was returning to her seat from the bathroom on the plane. She got furious when she found that a food-delivery trolley had blocked the way.

The crew requests Patricia to sit on the second vacant seat, which she can take back after the trolley returns. At this Patricia got angry and said, ‘Who am I, Rosa Parks?’ Let us tell you that Rosa Parks was an African-American female human rights activist who in 1955 refused to give up a seat on a bus for a white man.

Patricia is abusing fellow traveler. Later, members of the crew dragged Patricia away. Patricia is later arrested by the police and remanded to FBI custody. He was produced in court on Monday. If found guilty, she could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.
