Over the years, celebrities have been open about their struggles with mental health. American supermodel Bella Hadid is also talking about it.

Mental health has emerged as one of the lifestyle concerns in recent times. It has increased especially in the era of Kovid-19. Be it personal or professional issues, people’s experiences have a huge impact on their mental health. The next celebrity to recently reveal about her “burnout and breakdown” is American supermodel Bella Hadid.

Hadid’s crying selfie

Hadid shared a healing message along with a crying selfie that went viral on social media. Willow Smith, the daughter of American actor Will Smith, a 25-year-old model, has opened up about her mental health struggles.

She shared a video clip in which Willow Smith says, “It’s natural to think well of yourself and feel insecure about your art. But at the same time, I feel like it is taught. All human beings are different. Every human being has something special and unique to show.

People forget that everyone is basically feeling the same: lost, confused, not really sure why they are here. It’s worrying that everyone is feeling the same and hiding it. We are going to come to terms with our weaknesses. In our insecurities, in our joys, in our happiness, and accept it as positive and natural.”

Hadid totally agrees with Willow’s message.

He wrote: “This happens to me every night for a few years.”

Furthermore, praising Willow’s words, Hadid said, “I’m falling in love with you and your words. It made me feel a little less alone and that’s why I want to post this.”

Hadid’s thoughts on social media and mental health

Social media isn’t real, according to Hadid.

He wrote, “Everyone who struggles, remember this. Sometimes all you need to hear is that you are not alone. So by my side you are not alone. I love you, I see you and I hear you.”

What is his advice for dealing with mental health

Hadid explains, “Self-help and mental illness or chemical imbalance are not linear. It’s almost like a drifting rollercoaster of obstacles. It has its ups and downs. But I want you to know, that there is always light in the end. The rollercoaster always comes to a complete halt at some point.”

Hadid lives a fancy lifestyle. She too is talking about her mental health struggles. She says that it took her a long time to handle her situation.

“I have gone through many breakdowns and burnouts just to know it. If you work hard enough on yourself, taking time alone to understand your sorrows, triggers, joys, and routines, you will always be able to understand or know more about your pain.

You also have to find a way to handle it. For this, ask all that you can ask of yourself. Don’t know why, but it seems hard not to share my truth here. Thank you for watching and listening to me. I love you.”

Sometimes, the only way to deal with mental health issues is to share your points.
